Bryson Moore and Florida State look to get the series sweep against Wake Forest

Florida State baseball has had a solid 2026 campaign thus far, where they have an overall record of 15-3 (2-0 in the ACC). They are in their last game of the road series against a ranked Wake Forest team that they are looking to get the sweep against.

Head coach Link Jarrett needs to generate enough success in conference play, as they hope to get a coveted top-eight seed. This squad has performed well on the mound over the last two games, thanks to pitchers Trey Beard and Wes Mendes.

Coach Jarrett has to be pleased with the pitching so far, but the bats have been inconsistent at times. Luckily, they generated four hits on two runs because of the outputs by second baseman Eli Putnam and catcher Nathan Cmeyla.
