FLORIDA — Thousands of homes and businesses across Florida are without electricity Monday morning as utility crews worked to restore service following scattered outages across the state.
According to outage tracking site PowerOutage.us, 6,922 customers are reported without power across Florida out of more than 10.9 million customers tracked statewide, representing about 0.06% of customers.
Among Florida’s 67 counties, Duval County reported the highest number of outages with 2,987 customers without electricity.
