Tallahassee, FL – Subfreezing temperatures are set to return across South Georgia and North Florida overnight, bringing a renewed risk of plant damage and frozen pipes before sunrise Wednesday.

According to the National Weather Service in Tallahassee, inland areas from the Florida Panhandle into southern Georgia will experience several hours of temperatures at or below 32 degrees between 2 a.m. and 9 a.m. Wednesday.
