TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – A Tallahassee man accused of committing three murders earlier this year was indicted Tuesday, according to court records.
Flay Rollins was indicted on two counts of first-degree murder, which court records show was upgraded from his initial second-degree murder charge. He was also indicted on a new charge of unlawful killing of an unborn child and firearm possession by a convicted felon, the court documents revealed.
The indictment comes just a few months after the string of murders took place in January, all possibly within 24 to 48 hours.
