Former Florida State standout is looking to make a difference at Mississippi State

Florida State started to get involved with former Class of 2025 five-star athlete Amaree Williams. The talented prospect elected to reclassify from the 2025 cycle to 2024. This comes with an adjustment because it requires the youngsters to get their frames in shape to handle the responsibilities of college football.

Williams was one of those do-it-all type of recruits that just wanted to help the team win. The fan base thought that when the Seminoles signed him to the 2024 recruiting class, it would be a redshirt year for him to get acclimated to the collegiate game.

However, the coaching staff had a different plan in mind. They knew that Williams was a dangerous weapon when on the field, so they decided to put him at tight end.
