TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Chef Cherry Rankin visited WCTV to share her recipe for no bake Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Cups.
Ingredients:
- Crushed graham crackers (or vanilla wafers)
- Store bought cheesecake filling (follow the instructions on the box)
- 1 canned or 6 fresh peaches (sliced)
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar, white sugar
- 2 teaspoons peach flavor
- Cool whip
Instruction:
- Layer crumbs at the bottom of a clear cup
- Add a layer of cheesecake filling
- Toss peaches with a little brown sugar, white sugar, add peach flavor
- Add peaches on top
- Repeat one more layer if you have time
- Finish with whip cream, sprinkle crumbs
