Florida man indicted for drug possession with intent to distribute

TALLAHASSEE, Florida — Nicholas Michael Freeman, a 48-year-old resident, has been indicted in federal court for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine, and cocaine base.

Freeman appeared in federal court for his arraignment before United States Magistrate Judge Martin A. Fitzpatrick in Tallahassee. A jury trial is scheduled for June 15, 2026, at 8:15 a.m. before District Court Judge Robert L. Hinkle, according to a press release from the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Florida.
