TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WCTV) – Leon County commissioners voted 4-2 to revive a historical harm charter amendment on Tuesday.
The charter amendment now goes back to a citizens committee to work up the language.
The amendment, titled “historical harms” would identify past injustices and pay for future fixes. The measure previously stalled after the Leon County Charter Review Committee tied 9-9, but was revived in March before landing before the commission again on Tuesday…
