A Tampa-based manufacturer and distributor of musical instruments with nearly 32 years in business has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. Court filings show the company’s liabilities exceed its assets and include more than $5 million in unsecured creditor claims.
The petition also identifies affiliated entities that have filed separate bankruptcy cases.
