Orlando-based Foundry Commercial has been hired to lease out space at Tampa’s Highwoods Preserve Corporate Center as the tech firm Syniverse prepares to move out.
The available space, Foundry says, is the 198,750-square-foot, six story Preserve 1 at the center.
