HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A man was caught on camera reaching for a crowbar while he was being arrested outside a Lutz Publix, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
Deputies said they were called to the Publix after someone reported a suspicious person looking into vehicles throughout the parking lot around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday.
