TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA)— An 11-time convicted felon was arrested after fleeing from a traffic stop with a deputy partially inside her vehicle and hitting a school bus carrying 41 middle school students, the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office announced.
Deputies were conducting a traffic stop on a silver Kia Forte around 4:36 p.m. on Hillsborough Avenue West, just west of Dale Mabry Highway on Wednesday when during the stop, they developed probable cause to search the vehicle.
