PLANT CITY, Fla. – A Plant City police officer received state recognition after his fast actions revived an unconscious resident suffering from cardiac arrest.
Sen. Ashley Moody presented Sgt. Billy Harvester with the Florida’s Finest Award, an honor given to law enforcement officers and community members who perform extraordinary lifesaving acts.
