HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A motorcyclist died Friday evening after a crash with a pickup truck at a Hillsborough County intersection, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
A Dodge Dakota was traveling south on Turkey Creek Road at about 6:20 p.m. when the driver turned left onto SR-60 in the path of the motorcycle, which was headed north, FHP said.
The motorcycle, driven by a 31-year-old Mulberry man, crashed into the pickup truck, troopers said.
The man died at the scene of the crash, troopers said. The 64-year-old driver of the pickup truck was not injured.
No other details were immediately available.
