HOLIDAY, Fla. – A 14-year-old boy is recovering after he was hit by a driver while skateboarding in Pasco County, Florida Highway Patrol troopers said. The crash happened around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday on westbound Moog Road just east of Kingsbury Road in Beacon Square, a census-designated area near Holiday.
