TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — It’s no falling star, but an Alabama man recorded a video of an object streaking across the sky early Monday morning.
The video, captured from Orange Beach by Dave Kriegler, shows a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket in the air following its take off from NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida.
“I filmed as I was out looking for Perseids then waiting for sunrise. It surprised me in the morning glow,” Kriegler told Storyful.
SpaceX launched the Falcon 9 rocket along with 23 Starlink satellites after aborting a launch on Sunday.
