TAMPA, Fla. (CBS12) – A 24-year-old man is accused of fleeing a traffic stop and attempting to ram police vehicles all before hiding in a U-HAUL. Tynan Hutchinson was arrested on Wednesday, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO). The incident began after Hutchinson evaded a traffic stop with the Tampa Police Department. He then proceeded to try to ram one of the police cruisers.
