TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Three suspects in the murder of Florida rapper Julio Foolio pleaded not guilty in a Monday hearing.

The suspects — Sean Gathright, Isaiah Chance, and Alicia Andrews — appeared in a Hillsborough County courtroom for an arraignment hearing on Monday.

A fourth subject, Rashad Murphy, will have an arraignment hearing next month after he is transferred from another county where he is incarcerated, according to the Hillsborough County State Attorney’s Office, 13th Judicial Circuit.

A fifth suspect, Davion Murphy, is still at large.

Ken Jefferson is a crime and safety expert with First Coast News in Jacksonville. He shed light on if police can use the three suspects in court Monday to help bring in Davion.

“Sometimes they’ll cooperate. But, you know, gang members are tough cookies. You know they’ll do some time and come out and get and take it as a badge of honor,” Jefferson said.

Foolio was killed in June during a shooting at a Tampa Holiday Inn.
