PLANT CITY, Fla. – The Florida Department of Law Enforcement issued a Missing Child Alert on Monday for a missing teenager out of Hillsborough County. Breanne Spivey is a 13-year-old girl who was last seen in the area of Sparky Lane in Plant City, authorities said. She may be wearing glasses.
