Inexpensive Burger & Milkshake Chain Called the US’s “Best” Buys Land For FL Store Near A Culver’s

I always enjoy writing articles about restaurant chains that some Floridians seem to really want to expand into the Sunshine State. I’ve written articles about Fatburger and In-N-Out Burger. And now another sought-after retro burger chain – Cook Out – has dropped another clue as to where Florida can expect a third location – in St. Petersburg.

About Cook Out: This chain got its start in North Carolina, but it has expanded so that it has over 300 locations. Mashed has written that Cook Out has a “cult-like” following and it’s somewhat easy to see why – it offers straightforward comfort food like burgers and milkshakes in large portion sizes at reasonable prices.

For example, according to an online menu, you can get a couple of items for less than two bucks – chicken wraps and nuggets are $1.99 as are hot and corn dogs and quesadillas. A barbecue sandwich is $4.99.

Another thing that sets Cook Out apart is that it offers unique items like fried cheese curds and seasonal shakes like watermelon in the summer and eggnog at Christmas.
