TAMPA, Fla. – In response to the devastation caused by Hurricanes Milton, Helene, and Debby, Hillsborough County, in partnership with the Florida Department of Emergency Management (FDEM), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and the City of Tampa, has established a Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) to aid those affected.
