Steven Stamkos struggled during the beginning stages of his Nashville Predators tenure. In his first eight games with the Predators, the Tampa Bay Lightning legend had just one goal. However, now that he is starting to adjust to his new club, his offense is heating back up.

Over his last eight games, Stamkos has three goals to go along with seven points. He is not showing signs of slowing down, either, as he has two goals and an assist over his previous four contests.
At this juncture of the season, the Predators have a 5-9-2 record and are at the bottom of the Central Division standings. If they hope to get their season back on track, they will need Stamkos to continue to make an offensive impact. Given his immense success in Tampa Bay, he undoubtedly has the potential to do that in Nashville.
