Tampa deputy returns to hospital that saved his life more than 1 year ago

TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Corporal Carlos Brito returned to Tampa General Hospital on Friday for the first time after a man intentionally hit him with a car , almost causing him to lose his life, over a year ago.

Unlike his previous visit, the reason for Brito’s return was a happy one as he was the guest speaker at TGH’s Perioperative Transition Program’s graduation.
