TAMPA, Fla. – A water main break has forced the closure of the westbound lane of East 8th Avenue between North 21st Street and North 19th Street in Tampa. The Tampa Water Department is currently on site working to repair the break. Barricades and signs have been placed in the area to direct traffic flow.
