Tampa teenager found safe after being reported missing

TAMPA, Florida ( MyFloridaNews ) — A 15-year-old boy who was reported missing on Christmas night has been found safe and is being reunited with his family, according to the Tampa Police Department. The community had been asked to assist in locating Adelana Olafemi, who was last seen at his home on E. Ellicott St.

Adelana Olafemi, of Tampa, Florida, was last seen wearing a black shirt and black pants. He is described as a Black male, 5’6” tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds, with a medium build and short braids. The teenager did not take his medicine or cell phone when he left home around 11:30 p.m. on Christmas night, stated the Tampa Police Department.

Adelana has been grieving the recent death of his 16-year-old brother, Eniola, who passed away on November 17. The Tampa Police Department expressed gratitude to the community for their concern and assistance in locating the teenager.
