PASCO COUNTY, Fla. – A 72-year-old Lutz man has been arrested for DUI manslaughter following a fatal crash involving a motorcycle on Wednesday evening. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the crash occurred around 6:30 PM on US-41 at the intersection of Lake Floyd Drive. William Edward Ricks, 72, was driving a Ford Escape southbound on US-41 when he attempted to make a left turn onto Lake Floyd Drive.
