A South Carolina developer has bought 8.07 acres near the Florida State Fairgrounds off of Interstate 4 and is planning to build a 115,000-square-foot distribution center and warehouse on the site.
The buyer is an LLC named Orient Road Industrial Properties, which, according to state and local records, shares an address with Johnson Development Associates.
