Tampa Police Arrest Four for Reckless Biking in Downtown Area; One Suspect Found with Firearm

Tampa Police Department officers were called to downtown Tampa and the Riverwalk area on a Sunday due to reports of bicyclists and dirt bike riders moving recklessly among pedestrians. According to WFTV, in response to the dangerous behavior, police intervened, resulting in the arrest of four individuals; one of the arrestees was found to be in possession of a firearm.

Aerial footage and bodycam video released by the department showed the extent of the recklessness as the group weaved through public areas, creating hazardous conditions for those nearby, FOX 13 News detailed.
