You’ve probably heard of Hooters. It is a very popular restaurant chain that got its start here in Tampa Bay, Florida.
They have more than 400 locations and have inspired many copycat brands, the most famous being Twin Peaks.
The business model is fairly straightforward, if tacky: attractive women, scanty clothes, good bar food. And if I’m playing devil’s advocate, at least they own what they are rather than dance around it. They do have great wings.
