TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A man who was wanted for armed robbery almost struck a deputy with his car as he attempted to flee a traffic stop.
On Thursday evening, deputies stopped a vehicle near East 136th Ave. and North 21st St. in Tampa, believing an armed robbery suspect, 28-year-old Kanell Oneal, was inside.
