TAMPA, Fla. — Three men are behind bars after a DUI crash that severed a 27-year-old man’s leg early Monday morning in Tampa.
The driver, 25-year-old Richard Meadows, has been charged with DUI, while Julian Jackson, 29, and Rashon Goode, 28, reportedly escalated the situation by assaulting officers during the arrest.
