More Gen Z adults choosing trades over 4-year college, according to survey

TAMPA, Fla. — More kids graduating high school are starting to choose trade schools over traditional four-year universities.

That’s according to a May survey by the website, Resume Builder, which reports roughly 40% of Gen Z adults are going into the trades because of job security.
