U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement slapped a hold on a Tampa man stopped near Okahumpka Park for driving without a license.
A deputy observed the driver of a tan Honda passenger car traveling westbound on State Road 44 near Lake Okahumpka Park around 2:45 p.m. Monday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. A check of the license plate revealed the vehicle was registered to 24-year-old Bayron Noe Santos Izaguirre, who did not have a valid driver’s license.
The deputy then initiated a traffic stop and identified Santos Izaguirre by his Honduran identification. He advised that he was the registered owner of the vehicle, has been living in the United States for six years and did not have a valid driver’s license, the report said…
