It’s been a hot minute, fifteen years to be exact, since Hillsborough’s Corridor Preservation Plan (CPP) got any major love. Now, with changing landscapes in both land use, and the way we get around, the county’s planners are banging the drum for an update. As reported by hcfl.gov, this blueprint is a chunk of the broader Hillsborough’s Comprehensive Plan that aims to keep future roads from turning into bottleneck nightmares.
But they’re not going it alone. The County has thrown open the doors, inviting residents to weigh in on this Corridor Preservation Plan Study. They’ve scheduled four countywide meetings this month for a show and tell of the study, hitting on objectives, and to scoop up community feedback.
