HILLSBOROUGH, Fla. (WWSB) – The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a man in connection with a fatal crash that occurred in Riverview on the morning of July 4.
At approximately 4:50 a.m., HCSO received a 911 call reporting a serious crash near the intersection of Providence Road and Bloomingdale Avenue. When deputies arrived, they discovered a 19-year-old woman deceased at the scene. The driver of the second vehicle had fled on foot before authorities arrived.
