Woman arrested after child eats THC gummies: SPPD

ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA)— A woman was arrested after a 5-year-old in her care ingested THC gummies, the St. Petersburg Police Department announced.

On Sunday at 10:30 p.m., a 5-year-old girl was taken to the hospital for medical treatment due to being lethargic.

Officers responded to the hospital and learned the girl had ingested THC gummies, SPPD said.
