TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A woman was arrested after an investigation connected her to an ATM tap-in fraud scheme, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.
The sheriff’s office said they received a tip on May 8, identifying Janetcilize Martinez, 24, as the organizer of a social media-based bank fraud operation.
HCSO reported that Martinez publicly advertised tap-in services.
