12-time convicted felon released 5 months ago arrested after trying to sell guns in Tampa, deputies say

HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said it arrested a 12-time convicted felon after he was trying to sell guns in Tampa.

On Sunday, deputies said they surveyed 44-year-old Christopher Newman’s home on East Sligh Avenue after receiving a tip that he was trying to sell guns.
