TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Tampa International Airport donated nearly 120 unclaimed pieces of luggage to a program that helps children in foster care.
The airport donated the bags to Hillsborough County Children’s Services’ Duffels of Dignity. The program, which started in 2022, ensures that children in foster care never have to carry their belongings in trash bags during difficult transitions.
