TAMPA, Florida — Torrey Taylor, a 44-year-old from Tampa, has pleaded guilty to conspiracy to distribute and distribution of cocaine and 50 grams or more of methamphetamine. Taylor faces a minimum of 10 years in federal prison, with the possibility of a life sentence, according to United States Attorney Gregory W. Kehoe.
Court records reveal that Taylor conspired with co-defendant Temeko Evans to distribute methamphetamine and cocaine. Between February 11 and March 26, 2025, detectives from the Tampa Police Department conducted controlled purchases from Evans and Taylor, acquiring approximately two ounces of crack cocaine and two ounces of methamphetamine.
