TAMPA, Fla. — According to the Florida Housing Coalition, most of Florida’s workforce — especially those with low and moderate incomes — struggle to afford a place to live. At the same time, the healthcare industry is facing shortages.
To help, Tampa General Hospital is partnering with The Michaels Organization to build about 170 workforce housing units in Brandon.
