No fines were imposed by Community Development District 10 supervisors in a deed compliance case against the owners of a home at 2107 Aber Lane in the Ventura Villas in the Village of Hillsborough.
Although the property was cited twice earlier this year for violations, a Sept. 2 inspection found that weeds had been removed and the property was in compliance.
A complaint was received April 1 about overgrown grass and weeds, and an inspection verified the problem. The property was brought into compliance by April 17.
Another complaint was received July 24 about the same problem, which was classified as a recurring violation. The issue has been corrected again…
