Pinellas deputies search for 2 after robbing store

PINELLAS COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA)—Deputies are searching for two people in connection with a robbery in unincorporated Clearwater.

On Aug. 31, at 10:53 a.m., two people wearing all black, with full face coverings and glasses, entered a business located at 3899 Ulmerton Road.

According to the Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office, one person was holding a long gun and ordered everyone inside the business to the ground.

The other person used a handgun and demanded cash from the cash register, PCSO said.

The two then left in a Toyota Prius with an undisclosed amount of money.
