Jury sees graphic crime scene photos in trial of man accused of killing girlfriend, her 4-year-old

TAMPA, Fla. — Jurors were confronted with disturbing images on Tuesday as testimony began in the double murder trial of Angel Cuz Choc.

Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty against Cuz Choc, who is accused of brutally killing his girlfriend, Amalia Choc De Pec, and her 4-year-old daughter, Estrella, in Dover last year.

Cuz Choc, 32, is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, kidnapping, harming or terrorizing, and aggravated child abuse. Investigators have said he admitted to the killings. He is in the U.S. illegally…
