FLORIDA — A 61-year-old woman was killed late Friday night in a hit-and-run in a St. Petersburg neighborhood, authorities said.
The incident occurred around 11:30 p.m. as the woman was crossing Dartmoor Street North near the intersection with Joyce Terrace North. Police said she was struck by a vehicle whose driver did not stop to render aid or call 911. The woman died from her injuries.
