Pasco deputy, teenager run into lake to rescue 5-year-old sister with autism

PORT RICHEY, Fla. (WFLA) — The Pasco County Sheriff’s Office shared body camera video from a tense water rescue on Monday, where the victim’s teenage brother ran into the lake to help his sister.

The sheriff’s office said they received a call about a missing 5-year-old with autism near Lake Lisa Park at around 3:30 p.m. and quickly responded to the area.

“These calls for service can be particularly dangerous, especially when water may be involved,” PCSO wrote on Facebook…
