TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — A deputy with the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office has been arrested and charged with battery, the department said on Friday.
Samantha Baiocco, 31, was in an altercation with her roommate on Oct. 8 when the argument turned physical and she shoved the victim, HCSO said.
Baiocco caused the victim minor injuries and was subsequently arrested and charged with misdemeanor battery. Sheriff’s office records indicated she bonded out of jail on Thursday…
