Buccaneer Square, an Aldi-anchored shopping center in Tampa’s Town ‘n’ Country neighborhood, has sold.
The 103,813-square-foot center traded for $12.7 million.
The Shopping Center Group, which represented the seller, did not disclose the name of the buyer only saying it was an out-of-state investment group. A copy of the deed recorded in Hillsborough County earlier this month identifies the buyer as a Minnesota-based LLC with an Oak Park, California address…
