TAMPA, Fla. (WFLA) — Prosecutors said 22-year-old Alicia Andrews wasn’t just in Tampa the night Jacksonville rapper Charles Jones, known to fans as Julio Foolio, was killed.
They said she helped plan what they called a “hellish onslaught” that ended his life.

In opening statements, prosecutors described a calculated ambush carried out by Andrews and several co-defendants who traveled from Jacksonville to Tampa in June 2024.
