Tampa, FL – Tampa city officials have approved plans for a new 250-foot observation wheel called Tampa WOW, short for Wheel Over Water, to be built along the downtown waterfront.
The privately funded project, estimated to cost $20 million, is designed to give visitors a panoramic view of the city and surrounding bay area.
